WHO WE ARE:

Enchant Christmas is a premium, immersive holiday experience aimed at inspiring awe and wonder in the hearts of friends, families, and communities, featuring the World’s Largest Christmas Light Maze, Artisan Christmas Market, and so much more. Enchant is a fast-growing company that is taking over multiple Major League Baseball stadiums this year, with a plan to grow to more venues in the years to come.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We’re looking for an experienced UX/UI designer to work on Enchant’s website and mobile app.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR:

  • Implement complete, effective designs for web, mobile and digital interfaces. 

  • Create content specifications, user stories, user journeys, wireframes, prototypes and user interfaces for the website, mobile app and digital products. 

  • Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing through a solid methodology and mapped out process.

  • Align visual design theory with content and usability to create powerful and integrated user experiences.

  • Collaborate with the Brand, Marketing and Development teams to clearly communicate the functionality of designs, business objectives and project requirements. 

  • Contribute to design direction and collaborating with the internal team for critique, feedback, and support.

  • Work within tight project schedules and deadlines, often on multiple projects simultaneously. 

  • Participate in team discussions to encourage bold ideas, experimentation, and collaboration. 

  • Spearhead major design solutions and take full ownership of project outcomes.

WHAT EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a high-paced technology or digital design environment. 

  • Strong practical working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe XD, Figma and Sketch. 

  • Formal design training with solid typography, graphic and interaction design skills. 

  • Excellent typography, layout and visual communication skills. 

  • Excellent verbal, written and communication skills.

  • A stunning portfolio of your work that demonstrates your natural creativity. 

  • Solid up-to-date understanding of UX best practices and visual trends in web and mobile. 

  • Experience communicating with Developers and working within development processes to achieve viable solutions. 

  • Organized, detail-oriented and demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple, ongoing projects.
